    Unpaid Orders Cancellation Policy

    Order the product you need on our website; You must pay the full amount before the product is delivered. If you forget to pay when ordering, You will still receive a link to pay for your email.

    If you do not pay within 24 hours after ordering, Then your order will be automatically canceled. Next, if you want to pick up the product, you will need to order again and make a payment.

    Is There a Minimum Order?

    Nope! We have no minimum order request. However, if you order a minimum of $300, the shipping charge is free.

    Can I order for my friend?

    Of course you can order for your friend. For safety, You must pay the order in full. If anyone else has to pay what we need to know. There may be a delay in sending the product if someone else has to pay.

    Refund Policy

    If you pay in full by ordering one that has not yet been delivered, And in that case you can cancel the order if you want.

    Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel the order. In that case we could cancel the order. Once the product is delivered, it can no longer be canceled.

    Is My Signature Required?

    Usually the signature is not required at the time of delivery. However this can be done if you wish, In that case you will contact us. We’ll do that when setting up a shipping account.

    NOTE: Orders over $ 300 need to be signed at the time of delivery, So make sure to note it and be present when accepting.

    When should my product arrive?

    The timing of your package can be affected by many factors, from delays, to route changes, etc. Standard shipping typically takes 10-12 days. The biggest factor most of all is where you are located and whether or not you are in a remote area. Since we cover all of California, delivery time can range from 8am to 8pm. We are based in Southern California, so if you are in Northern California, it’s most likely your package will arrive later in the day.

    The best way to truly understand the delivery time of your package is over time. As you order more frequently, be sure to take note of the time of delivery, and you’ll start to learn the time frames in your area.

    When will I get the tracking number?

    You will pay us your full money when you order. Our payment department will verify your transaction. The payment department will confirm the shipping department if we accept your payment.

    The shipping department will ship your order to the courier. And then you’ll be provided with the tracking number.

    This can usually take 2 to 3 days. If for any other reason there is a delay, it can take up to 5 days.

    How fast do I get my order?

    You will receive the tracking number within two to three days after you complete the order and make the payment. And receive the product within 5 to 7 days of receiving the trucking number.

    The entire process may take a maximum of 10 to 12 days from your payment to completion. If you do not pay the order in full, your order can be canceled within 24 hours.

    Do You Ship on Weekends?

    It depends on the shipping company. If you have an office open at the end of the week or any other day, you will be given product delivery.

    What are the shipping costs?

    We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $300. For orders under $300, we charge a $20 flat rate shipping fee.

    Can I ship to multiple addresses?

    Yes you can specify shipping address if you want. However, according to the law you will need to receive a receipt from your present shipping address. And if you cannot receive the address from the address you provide, we will not be able to assume that responsibility.
    So be careful about giving the shipping address.

    And how do I know exactly what the ordered product is?

    At each step you will receive a notification via email, You will receive the first notification when you place an order. You will receive the next notification when your payment is successful.
    Within a few hours when we deliver the product to the shipping company, you will receive the trucking number via another email….
    And once the product is delivered to your address, you will receive another email notification.

    I Don't Want To Wait Around All Day For My Order

    You don’t have to! We have a notification system set in place, so the moment that your package gets dropped off, you will immediately receive an email notification saying it’s been delivered.
